Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Tabbase, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. If you think someone else is using your account, tell us immediately at the email below.

Acceptable use

• Don't save content you don't have the right to save, or that violates someone else's rights.
• Don't use Tabbase to harass others, distribute malware, or attempt to break the service.
• Don't scrape or bulk-harvest our API. Normal save-and-read workflows are fine.

Your content

You own what you save. We only use your content to provide the service to you — search, recall, summaries, Q&A. We don't claim ownership and we don't resell it. See the Privacy Policy for what we share with infrastructure providers.

Service availability

Tabbase is provided on a best-effort basis. We aim for high reliability but can't guarantee 100% uptime, and may pause the service for maintenance, abuse response, or reasons beyond our control. We'll give notice when we reasonably can.

LLM output

Summaries, concept extractions, and Q&A answers are generated by language models and may be wrong, incomplete, or outdated. Treat them as a starting point, not as authoritative advice.

Termination

You can close your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and we'll explain why when we can. Your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy retention schedule after termination.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to Tabbase is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or, if none, to USD 100).

Changes

We may update these terms. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above and notify active accounts by email before the change takes effect. Continued use after an update means you agree to the new terms.
